WHEN THE UNIVERSE WINKS AT ME, I WINK BACK

After getting quite sick for a couple weeks, I realized I really needed to make some life style changes. One of them is to tackle things one at a time, to focus on baby steps instead of being overwhelmed by what I haven’t done yet.

Just now I reached for my coffee and on the surface the cream had formed into a clear comma shape. To me, a comma means taking a little pause, a break. I love when the Universe sends me little reminders like this.
